1. Our Details

Sale of goods through this website is carried out under the name LABORIO STUDIO, a company incorporated in Malaysia.

2. Your Details and Your Visit to This Website

The information or personal details that you provide us shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Policies. When you use this website, you agree to the processing of the information and details and you state that all information and details provided are true and correspond to reality.

3. Use of Our Website

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:

1. Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
2. Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
3. Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary (see our Privacy Policy). If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.
   

When you place an order on this website, you state that you are over the age of 18 and are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts.

LABORIO STUDIO attempts to describe and present all products available on our website as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, sizing details, colours, or other content on this website are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to fabric characteristics, photography, lighting conditions, or screen display settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update product details without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, customers will be notified promptly and offered a refund or alternative solution.

5. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including cases of product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed. Please note this confirmation serves only as acknowledgment that we have received your order, not as acceptance. An order is considered accepted once payment has been verified and the item(s) have been dispatched.

Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.

For pre-order or custom-made items, production and delivery times may vary. These items are generally non-refundable unless defective. In the event of an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong item, size, or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Price & Payment

All prices of products will be listed on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, errors may occur. Discounts, promotions or offers may be subject to additional terms. Shipping fees are not included in the listed product price and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all the amounts paid will be reimbursed to you in full. 

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods provided at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, online banking, e-wallets, or other secure payment gateways. After receiving your order, LABORIO STUDIO will hold your payment card information for standard pre-authorisation checks on your payment card or account to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier. Please take note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier services or customs clearance. LABORIO STUDIO partners with reputable third-party couriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. 

Once the order has been handed to the courier, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

8. Return Policy

All returns must be sent back within 7 working days for Malaysia or 10 working days outside Malaysia, from the date you received the product. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

9. Our Right to Modify These Conditions

We have the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time.

You are subject to the policies and Conditions in effect at the moment in which you use this website or place each order, except when by law or decision of governmental entities we must make changes retroactively to said policies, Conditions or Privacy Policy. In this case the possible changes will also affect orders made previously by you.

10. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The use of our website and the product purchase contracts through said website shall be governed by the Malaysian law.
Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or said contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
If you are entering into the contract as a consumer, nothing in this Clause shall affect the statutory rights you have, as recognised in any applicable legislation in this area.
