退款政策

Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Item must be returned in the original box (or at least, suitable packaging) to protect the product from damage during return delivery.

Exchanges that do not meet all the mentioned conditions above will be declined.
- Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
- LABORIO STUDIO provides returns for all items EXCEPT for SALE/Discounted items.
- All items are NOT TO BE SOAKED. If colour runs due to this reason, item(s) are strictly not returnable.
- Returns can only be made one time per order number, which means that any order made with return credit cannot be returned at the consequent time.
- We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Return Process
Once we receive your return, our team will verify its condition before processing. We will get back to you as soon as your return has been inspected and processed. This normally takes 2-3 working days.
All returns that do not meet the criteria mentioned above will be strictly declined and forfeited.
Kindly be reminded that the return item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
LABORIO STUDIO reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
Additional Information
- Product colours may vary due to studio lighting and the colour calibration of individual's screen settings. Please allow 20% of colour variation in real product as compared to the actual product. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
- There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretch and quality of the material. Please check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise, please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.
- For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece and returns due to this reason are not considered a defect.

a) Colour variation from product photos (e.g., fuchsia vs. red)
b) Slight design variation (e.g., print placement, lace arrangement, etc.)
c) Slight size variation within ±3cm of measurements
d) Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, crease marks, etc.)
e) Self-inflicted damage or cuts to the product
f) Subjective opinions on quality or preference (e.g., inner lining/ribbon loop torn)
*Proof of defect must be verified by LABORIO STUDIO Return to be eligible.

Refund
Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
- For Online Bank Transfer: Full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3–5 working days.
- For Credit Card refunds: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
Kindly contact your card-issuing bank regarding the duration of the credit refund.
